About us

Our little family is comprised of my husband, myself, 8 dogs and 4 cats. Pet lovers forever, with a special affection for dogs, we are both Cynologist and have worked for several years studying the relationship of dogs with humans for a better understanding and coexistence with them.
A Cynologist is a professional who has extensive knowledge of the dog's needs and the mistakes to avoid, so that the dog is well balanced. We utilize our experience and education with the goal that puppies that are born in our home will be confident , open and trusting which will allow an easy transition when they depart to their new homes, which we believe will be for the benefit and happiness for both the puppy and new owner.

Why a family breeding ?

We each have a breed we are passionate about and it is natural that we decided to create our small dream for these two breeds.
Beyond the physical aspects both the White Swiss Shepherd and American Akita bring, in their own way a touch, that brightens our lives.
They each have their own character and way of understanding the world. Observation and living with them has taught us a lot and is a real pleasure. Sharing our lives with them is an endless happiness.

We share our home with our dogs and cats. Thus, we actually live our lives with all our animals and everyone lives in harmony.
Our breeding goal is simple: we want to breed pups with a great genetic selection of their parents, and make them even more special with our knowledge of cynology. To this end we have established a comprehensive development program for each puppy which is accomplished by positive and smooth transition in its physical, mental and emotional development.

Our breeding goals for the white Swiss Shepherd
My passion for the White Swiss Shepherd goes back more than 10 years now and today I am still as much in love.
Being very young and a student at the time of my meeting with the WSS, I had to wait 5 years before having Akyra my first White Shepherd. Since then Gaïwa and Lighty have joined our family too our greatest joy.

Our breeding goal is simple: we want to have pups that are healthy and harmonious both in character and health through a thoughtful choice of genetic selection of the parents, and make them even more special with our knowledge of Cynology. To this end, we have established a comprehensive development program for each puppy which is accomplished by positive and smooth transition in its physical, mental and emotional development. We strive for healthy puppies with a beautiful pigmentation and characteristics of the Berger Blanc Suisse, stable and playful without forgetting the straight back line. We seek to produce puppies as close to the FCI standard without neglecting health (radios hips and elbows, screening, MDR1, DM and genetic map) and behavior.

We chose to raise our puppies Berger Blanc Suisse respecting FCI Circular 07/77 here is the content:

"White Swiss Shepherd Dog (WSSD, 347)

As the responsible country for the breed standard White Swiss Shepherd Dog (WSSD, standard 347), the SKG informs us of their concern regarding the current situation as far as the breeding of this breed and the issuing of pedigrees by some FCI member countries are concerned. We share their concern and observe that even after the recognition of the White Swiss Shepherd Dog (WSSD, standard 347) on 01.01.2003 (date of the official recognition), matings with non-purebred subjects (3 generations) from this breed continue to take place or that white German Shepherd Dogs with one or more colored ancestor(s) are re-registered as WSSD.

We remind all FCI member organizations and contract partners that they have to comply with the following :
1. White Swiss Shepherd Dogs (347) CANNOT be mated with white German Shepherd Dogs (GSD, standard 166) since they are two distinct breeds with different breed standards. In order to guarantee that both breeds are correctly separated, it is also important to respect what follows :
2. WSSD cannot be entered in the studbooks of this very breed if a part or all their ancestors (3 generations) were still registered, after 01.01.2003, as white German Shepherd Dogs.
3. It is not allowed to re-register as a WSSD (347) a dog which was registered as a white German Shepherd Dog (166) after 01.01.2003.
4. An accidental white German Shepherd Dogs (white puppy in a litter of German Shepherd Dogs) with one or more colored ancestor(s) cannot be used for breeding as a WSSD nor can it be re-registered as a WSSD.
